As a result, the SIREN number 893 863 977, associated with our previous legal entity, is now listed as deregistered in public records. This deregistration is the result of the closure of the former legal entity as part of our restructuring process and does not mean that our business activities have ceased.
Our company continues to carry out its container sales, conversion, transportation, and delivery operations as usual. Orders, quotations, and services are being handled normally by our team.
The creation of our new legal entity and the relocation of our headquarters to the Le Havre region are currently being finalized. Once these procedures have been completed, all updated legal information, including our new registration details, will be published and updated on our website.
